Design & System Engineering

Gordon Refrigeration Ltd has extensive design and engineering capabilities bringing external expertise to provide unique process solutions and application engineering for integrating refrigeration systems into your process for the most efficient operation.

Considerable effort has been expended in the development of software for refrigeration systems and also additional software for processes which interact with the refrigeration system. Understanding of the process is critical in the engineering design of refrigeration systems to operate at a minimum under all loading and ambient conditions.

• Food and Process Cooling

We also offer highly specialised CO₂ recovery systems which are especially important in breweries where greenhouse gas emissions can be minimised.

Installation of all equipment is provided as we operate as Principal Contractors with our own supervisors managing all subcontractors on the site. All site work is undertake to the highest Safety Standards with all supporting documentation and for larger installations a Safety Supervisor is employed.

We operate throughout the UK and selected countries on the continent.

Service Support

We offer full service support for all systems provided and we also offer this same service to customers who need specialists to support and maintain their refrigeration systems to minimise the need for full time operators.

Our Service Technicians are fully registered to work on systems containing all refrigerants. We also can service and operate CO₂ recovery plants such as used in the brewing industry.

Equipment Supply 

For all systems the best equipment is offered for each application purchasing from reputable suppliers who can offer performance guarantees to support their product. This equipment is then assembled into systems which will operate at specified design points to achieve guaranteed performance.

Where necessary specials are also requested from manufacturers as many of the products offered can be customised for higher efficiencies.
