Hastie Acquisition Expands Group's Maintenance Division

Hastie Group Limited, Australasia's leading commercial air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical systems group, has today expanded its maintenance division with the acquisition of the business of Norfolk Facilities Management Pty Ltd.

Norfolk Facilities Management specialises in the maintenance of air-conditioning, electrical and other equipment at food/beverage production and retailing facilities such as fast-food outlets and  commercial kitchens. The business has annual sales of approximately $8 million and a strong customer base in the ACT, New South Wales and Victoria. Its acquisition will increase the annual revenue of Hastie's maintenance division by approximately 10 per cent.
