Thank you Trevor. Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Let me join our Chairman in welcoming you all to our Annual General Meeting.

SLIDE 2 – What we do

Hastie Group is today organised around profit responsible divisions. Each of these divisions is headed up by a Chief Executive who is responsible for driving the growth in those divisions. Before briefly reviewing our results for 2007 let me introduce these Chief Executives who I ask to stand as called:
Bob Galvin – the CEO of the Air Conditioning Installation Division
David Hammond – the CEO of the Electrical Division
Rob Kirkham – the CEO of the Refrigeration Division and
David Burgess – the CEO of the Services Division

We also have with us David Worsnop who runs our New Zealand business covering all the Group’s activities in New Zealand.

SLIDE 3 – Highlights FY07

2007 was another year of record performance for Hastie Group. We continued to grow revenue and earnings both via organic growth and acquisition. We rewarded shareholders with increased dividends.
