was once the leading international designer, installer and maintainer of technical services to the building and infrastructure sectors — mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and refrigeration, with well established operations in Australasia, the UK and the Middle East. It had over 7,000 employees based at over 110 locations. The group operated under brands which were well recognised in their markets, and customers included many of the largest construction companies, shopping centre groups, industrial corporations and facility managers.
