This is the customer's access into the Hastie Call Management System
The Hastie Call Logging and Service Manager Web based facility allows customers to Log Service Calls, Viewing the Status of current service calls and accessing the History of Previous Calls over the internet. Customers who have service contracts with any of the member companies of the Hastie Group are able to utilize this Web based facility.
To gain access to the Hastie Call Management System you must have a User Name and Password. Please contact your local service company and request a User Name and Password.
Alternatively, please use this email link to send your request for a User Name and Password to your service centre. Please include your name, company and contact details, the site/service contract name and a nominated User Name and Password.
